your life, superari life

  • Can I try a class for free before I sign up for a pass?

YES! We’d love to have you. Just email rakhee@superarilife.com for your guest pass.

  • What kind of Yoga do you teach?

We teach a blend of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. Each class consists of some physical practice, breath work or meditation and relaxation. By combining movements we look to improve strength and flexibility.

  • How do I log in to an online session?

Once you have purchased your pass you can sign into the class you’d like to attend online, or email us to let us know which one you’d like to attend. You will then be sent a link via email on the day of the class, together with a password which you may need to log on. All classes are run via zoom, so as long as you have wi-fi and a laptop or phone and a mat, you can sign in no problem!

  • What options do I have to practice with you?

At the moment all sessions are running online. You have two options to join classes. Firstly, if you haven’t practiced online with Rakhee before and would like to try you can do so for free. After that, you can purchase drop in passes (£15) or 10 session passes for £99.00. This entitles you to attend 10 session across a 12 week period. You can attend Tuesdays at 8pm, Thursdays at 730pm and Sundays at 6pm. Whenever you join in, we will register you so you always know how many sessions you have left.

  • What if I buy a pass and then have to miss a session?

10 session passes are valid for 12 weeks – you can use a pass for any public session. So, if you miss a session you have a couple of weeks buffer and you won’t lose out! If you have purchased a drop in session and you cannot attend due to a legitimate reason, you can attend any class within the following week without further charge.

  • I’ve never practiced Yoga before – what do I need?

All you need is a mat, some comfortable clothing and some water. Please also try not to eat 1.5 – 2hrs before practice and let us know if you have any injuries or medical concerns before practice, or indeed if you are pregnant.

  • Can I get a refund on my pass please?

All passes (including drop in sessions) are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with the service you received please email us and a complaints form will be issued for you to complete. Complaints forms must be requested within 2 weeks of pass activation.

  • I love your classes but I’ve got injured or have a health concern. Can I freeze my pass until I recover?

Yes. You can freeze your pass for £25.00 for up to 3 months. This can only be done once a year. Just let us know and we’ll sort it out for you.

  • I signed up to attend one of your retreats and now I can’t make it. Can you refund me?

All payments are non-refundable. Superari Ltd will not refund any additional costs e.g. flights. It is always advised that travel insurance is taken at time of booking to cover any such costs. If there is someone who can take your place we will consider this as an option, though Superari Ltd reserves the discretionary right to refuse.

  • What happens if your class, event or workshop retreat is cancelled?

If a class, workshop or retreat is cancelled, where possible we will offer an alternative session to attend at no extra cost. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters, we will offer you a space on our next session for the same price or offer a refund minus a 25% administration fee.
