Superari is derived from the Latin word Superare, which means the will to overcome. It is a belief, a knowing, a spirit which exists in each of us that no matter what happens we have the physical, spiritual, emotional and mental capability to overcome anything. Superari was founded by Rakhee (@yogi_rakhee) who is a passionate Yoga teacher. Through her classes she encourages people to practice, learn and live in a way which helps strengthen their self-belief and resolve in day to day life. She teaches all over London as well as at companies including Nike.
"Rakhee's Yoga classes are beautifully unique. Her understanding of the body and mind, and their connection to each other, creates a Yoga experience like no other I've ever had. She understands her pupils, she pushes them, and more than anything, she wants to best for you - even if it is, sometimes, the more challenging route."
"My experience of online Yoga classes with Rakhee are excellent! Rakhee is like no other Yoga teacher in that she does not stick to one style of Yoga, and every Yoga class is different. There is attention paid to every single student attending. During these unprecedented times, these classes have been a life-line."

"Online Yoga with Rakhee is fun, challenging, uplifting and so much more. It is definitely a better experience than practising to videos on your own without a teacher watching/correcting you. Give it a go and you will not be disappointed."
"Regular online classes with Rakhee and daily practice has reversed my high blood pressure and pre-diabetes. No more medication!! The power of Yoga is immeasurable. I am so glad I accepted Yoga into my life."

"I especially enjoy the restorative, mindfulness and meditation classes. I love all of the other sessions for different reasons, however, right now, these 'hips don't lie!' and the sessions in the morning work wonders!"
"Online yoga has given me the freedom to practice safely in the safety of my own environment. All I have to do is go downstairs so travel time is also reduced!"

"I love Rakhee's classes because first of all she is a wonderful teacher, each class is different, and I like that there are regular restorative sessions. You often teach me an asana I have not tried before, and I like a little challenge! Thank you for your podcast also!"
"I love every class I go to. Ever since it's moved online, it's been so much easier for me to join. If I'm busy one day, I just join another class later in the week. I can do things now that I never dreamt I would be able to do. Thank you so much Rakhee!"

"This year has been a challenging year but these classes have been have been good fun and I have felt like I am in class (#banter). I'm glad that the Sunday class was added as this is a good way to end the weekend and add to my practice. In the madness of 2020, the classes have been the highlight for me."
“I’d definitely recommend Rakhee. Her style is so different to other classes. Harder physically, but nicer spiritually, if that makes sense!”
Bex Moorhouse, Nike London
