Welcome to the Superari Flawless Foundations Beginner’s Guide Series. This guide is designed to help you learn and understand some of the foundational postures in Yoga. The 12 postures have been selected as those which are very common and appear in many classes of all types. You can take your time to watch and learn this series whether you are a complete beginner or have been practicing for years. All you need is a mat, some clear space and perhaps some water if you're physically practicing as you go along.
Each posture is listed below and explained in the clip in detail. There is also a bonus sequence at the end which helps you to combine some of the foundational postures in to a mini sequence.
