It can be intimidating to join a class either online or in person for the first time. One thing you can always expect from our sessions is to develop a very personal connection with Rakhee. Her students and clients have been with her for years. And the reason is she pays close attention to the practice of each individual on the mat. You can also expect lots of guidance but without expectation or pressure to get everything right. We want you to relax and for this to be the start of a life-long Yoga journey. ABOUT RAKHEE


Rakhee has studied and practiced Yoga for over 20 years. She has been taught by some of the most prominent teachers in the UK, in India and the US. She studied for 2 years to obtain her foundational Yoga qualification and a following 2 years to obtain her advanced certification. She teaches a blend of Hatha (slower movements) and Ashtanga (sequences) and is also inspired by Tai Chi and Shaolin techniques. She has been trusted by prominent organisations such as Nike, The Royal Air Force, Buckingham Palace and others to lead groups through Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation practices.
